Who is Scott Davis?

Whether I’m sharing a tale from my own dysfunctional family, bringing back to life the characters and stories from American history or just retelling some of my favorite ones, I usually can find a connection with my audience.

Born in a trunk and on stage since the age of 5, I spent most of my childhood pretending to be other people. By the time it was diagnosed, I was on my way to acting school. Assured of only marginal talent I set out to do as little as possible. Returning to the home of my childhood only led to more work, as I got involved in a film that was being produced in my hometown. Unfortunately, my technical talents were quickly discovered and I was quietly taken in the night.

20 years later I escaped from an under-funded independent feature and for the next few years produced documentaries and other visual stories. Finally, I get to do what I do best…

tellin tales.

"I have to tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed your stories.  Some people just have a knack for telling stories and you are definitely one of them."
